Hi,
I wondered how you can create a wet shader to simulate a character's skin under rain ?
I saw this in Jurassic Park and The Hulk and it's very impressive.

When a surface its covered with water it inherits most of the characteristics of water. This means that it will be reflective with a Fresnel threshold for the reflective attribute.

You must perturb the normals (bump) also to simulate the different volumes of water present. Otherwise the object will look like if made of ceramic.

I don thave a shader at hand to show you but I think this could get you at least started.

Good luck

Use a layered approach. Build a shader for the skin, then build a shader for the a thin film of water, add both.
