SO I have thought about allot of different situations for this challenge, like sniper in a window, someone spying and more but I wanted something a bit more action oriented and this is what I come up with.
I got some of my inspiration from the first episode of Burn Notice and the anime Kite.
I want this to be a more graphic peace a bit like Andrew Jones?s peace's.
So enough with the chatter and on with the creation.

it's that great you've entered this challenge as well mr_carl. so you've gone straight in to 3d with this one, it will be nice to see you do something action oriented. i'm gettin a matrix/max payne feel from your piece, that kind of slow motion bullet-time action is always cool
