Well, this guys' name is Pheonix, an agent working for a secret organization named "Shadow'.Shadow is the one protecting for many years not only USA but the entire world from different threats.Pheonix is a one of a kind agent, with a lot of experience in the field, his speciality is infiltration tactics.
For this situation in here, Pheon is wearing a special suite, "Biosuite" ,which enchances his abilities, also as a good anti-bullet vest, goggles with night-vision,infrareds and of course, the supreme camouflage...cloak mode or invisibility based on a advanced mirror-laser based technology.
In this mission he inflitrates a russian base.His priority is to remain undetected as much as posibile....
