For your first model this is a fairly decent start however the proportions need to be fixed.
Are you using any source material? If not I recommend you grab some, head over to www.fineart.sk for some good female body shots for modelling.
The upper half of the body needs to be enlarged to suit the lower and the legs need to be thinned out a little perhaps with more of a knee definition. You have some good lines for the ribs, spine and pelvis.
Keep it up and post results, the only way to get better is just to keep on modelling and improving your technique.
