Hi everyone,
I'm building a lot of human heads these days, and was wondering:

Is there any measurement for the proportion of the eyeball to the head, in a standard canon?
I've seen tons of drawing tutorials for the standard head canon, usually being 5 eyes across.
But that's the VISIBLE portion of the eye.

I want to know how big the eyeball should be in 3d, and how far it sits in the head.
Has anyone seen this anywhere?

Thanks for any help!!

Supposing that you want an anatomical head and not stylized. The ratio changes with age as well. Younger humans have a larger eyes:head ratio and older humans have a smaller ratio. I don't know the figures, I normally use my reference and tweak until it looks right.

what I do is make they eyes distance apart be the size of an eyeball. Place one at each eye socket and one in the middle then scale them till they touch...el diablo
