Hello all!:wavey:

I'm very, very new to Maya and very new to this forum. I've received almost no training from my company and am fumbling in the dark for a light switch. Very frustrating.

Could someone help me out with instructions on how to extrude an .eps file in Maya? For example, a company logo that needs to be 3D. Or is there a plug-in that could help?

Please bear with my silly questions ...I've searched as much as I could and haven't found any help.

Many thanks in advance!

OK ;) So simply import your *.esp file into Maya. It returns curves. Select the curves, then go to the nurbs menu and choose "extrude" (play with the parameters). Note you can found a tutorial to learn do this action on http://www.boris3d.de/
