you mean iridescence? diffraction? there are ways to cheat it in mental ray, and maya software has something like it built in. I haven't really seen true physically accurate, iridescent shader in mr, but then again what do I know. someone prove me wrong
IF you use three blended copies of a mia_x material, and change the anisotropic angle slightly for each one, you can get something like the reflection off of a CD/DVD, but Zap explains it better than I do:
