thx for all comments, that verry dificult for me to replie cuz i have a very bad english but i'am going to try:

all structure are build in 3D but not the white building, the smoke is a matt work with photo i found on google image, i have make mistake cuz that in reallity a matt painting not really a 3D illustration, but i have a lot of 3D render, many many render, and the water, the smoke, the fog and the light are a matt work not create in 3D because for one frame that not intersting to create that in 3D, for the texturing of 3D model i map with boxmapping or cylindricalmapping, shader was verry simple just reflection no bump. if i thinking that more right to say : 60% timework in 3DSmax, and 40% timework in photoshop.

i'am so sorry but i have no time to make a good wip for you because i have a lot of work at this moment and the second reason is i create this image with a process not really professionnal because that for fun , for my personnal portfolio i make a lot of render of diferents parts of the structure, sometimes i don't save the scene, i explore a lot of way of diferent composition, and that is too "anarchy". i have make a mistake, i am sorry for the next matte i create a better and clean wip.

Excellent stuff. Although I would have liked to have seen a couple of tiny people down on the docks or in the harbor (dirty water?), this artwork has a lot of atmosphere, you can really feel the tone of the city. Interesting how on the left, the sun peeks through and burns a little, but on the right where the sun doesn't get through, the horizon is really hazy. Again, excellent stuff.

Also, your English is much better than my French, so I wouldn't worry about it...
