That's cool, but I think it still needs lots of detail.

The dashboard sure could be worked on, and the engine lacks more parts and detail to be believable.

And I think the exaust pipes in that position would burn the legs of someone seated in the rear seat :P

But that's a very nice start.

Best regards

i want to use HDRI to render it, i have heard that it makes renderings look painfully real, where can i get a hands on beginner tutorial on it for using it in 3d studio 5? i know i should search for this but if anyone is willing to answer here its okay:p

lol, no HDRI makes some renderings look more real. It is the artist that creates ascene which would look quite real on a normal renderer. HDRI would only take it to the next level. No offense, but right now it will just be a toy that you are messing with. Your bike has a ways to go before HDRI will make it more realistic.

HDRI takes an High Definition Range Image which is a much higher than normal bit image (dont remember the exact bit) and generates the lighting based upon that. It is particularly useful for reflective specular highlights, like say a glossy teapot with a bright window just behind the camera. HDRI would help produce a correct and stunningly bright highlight which normal specular would just fudge. On such models as your bike, which when in pristine condition have a very reflective surface this will be useful. Its just a tool which helps in certain situations, dont expect magic results.
