I know the character is not great, but I think he serves his purpose.
Cheers and God bless.

:)As usually went overtime again. Spent about 80 min using Photoshop. I made this sketch almost linearly by finishing and adding new elements. At 45 min the scene was without the wall pictures, the lights above them, the litle sculpture, and the tree in the window. As in most cases when trying Photoshop filters I waste a lot of time trying all and combination of them untill I get tired and realize that nothing works. At least this time I used the Plastic wrap filter on one of the wall pictures. LOL

I started and almost finished this sketch without a clear idea as to what's happening in this scene. If you think the guy hiding in the dark corner is the stalker, that was my original idea, but at the end I started to think of him as the victim, cornered, and trapped in the dark after being followed by a strangely behaving creation from this exhibition. LOL. ... whatever:)

Hey Okzorg, I like the second idea a lot! In fact it makes me like the picture twice as much. It almost makes me wish you had left out the tree "outside", which -I think- drags down the whole picture. Including the cross of the window, which is also destructive to it. If you want to do a window frame, I suggest you think of it as a wooden addition to the stone, because unless you execute perfect substance, perspecive and form, it'll alwas look accidental, you know.
I really like the artwork on your walls there. Well, actually all of it, but the paintings look really interesing! The wrap effect is also very nifty. So that's one of the trickster tricks, hm?! :D
The other "funny" things are those lights above the paintings, though. They point away from the images. I don't mean to offer you an escape plan here, but the wicked thing is that it contributes to the sense of unrest, like they are connected to surveillance that suddenly goes into search mode.
Eitherway, fun picture! Congrats!
Same goes to Domain101!
ArneSReismueller, WELCOME ABOARD, if I may say so... great stuff, very commercial style! :arteest:

Hey Taron, thank you for giving all that input, I really appreciate it. Actually at one point the image was pretty much the way you wish it is but I decided to say more by adding more elements and that changed the effect. May be it was a wrong decision but the good thing is that you perceived the effect pretty much as I intended. I like how you used the word 'unrest' because that was exactly what I wanted to achieve. I added the window, tree, and lights with the following thoughts running in my mind. The man and the manmade objects in the interior although invented to be in a perfect arrangement and harmony have actually some strong tension, unrest, and conflict in this artificial and undefined (blurry:)) reality created by humans and this is in full contrast with the natural and predominant world outside.
Usually too much thoughts and philosophy when sketching and creating in general tend to ruin my work and often I found myself lost with things like that even though I'm well aware that visuals are created best which simple and natural instincts instead of logic.
Anyway, here the version without all this complexity, which I equally like but may be better. Thanks again. I enjoy your work a lot and appreciate the coments you give about the sketches in DSF.

I made another one, this time without the complexity of deep far fetched thoughts - now it is just the view from my balcony with a twist:).
And that's there is my first dinosaur, I hope it doesn't look like a lost pet. LOL.

It took about an hour using PS.
