Only thing that doesn't seem quite right is the colour of the left arm in shadow is too rich. I would go for something a little more grey, like R: 164, G: 109, B: 73.

Well, from what I can see it looks pretty good... it's taking a LONG time to download it from my computer (I don't know about anyone else's). I think that the shadows of the arm match those of the face... perhaps the right arm needs a little bit more shadow on it.
Also the lower back looks too straight to me: almost to the point where the bend of her waist is actually happening where the bottom of her ribcage is. There needs to be some kind of arch on the lower torso to go up into the shirt so that it doesn't look like there is a sharp bend happening halfway up her back.:shrug:
