Some mesh tweaks, but also, as you can see, texturing. I used a pic of Legolas (Orlando Bloom) for the basis for my map and streatched it to fit my character. Then I was fiddling around with lighting and the skin material and found that it looks really nice with a fresnel map on the luminance channel. Gives it that nice glowing skin effect I was hoping to get.

Well it looks like it is coming along nicely. the only critiques that I really have are that

the base of the neck looks like it needs some more attention paid to it anatomically.

the mesh around the eyes looks like it could hug the eyeball a bit closer.

I can see a problem with your mesh on the inside of the ear, it does not look like it is smoothing correctly.

and the ear itself comes to too sharp of a point even for an elf. it looks unatural.

but those are just nitpics. Great job all and all keep up the good work!

the flesh around the inner eye, needs to be closer, so there isn't a big gab between the eye and and the face... but more importantly, your avatar is gross. :scream:

hi!

i like the skinny style your trying to achieve there!.there are just minor details which look wrong to me in my eyes

his nose is a little bit to pointy what i mean is the lower lateral .. the tip is a bit too small in width .. and the nose has no real wings..

the thing with eyes is already mentioned..

and maybe make his skin more pale .. as i remember elfs they look always like they'd use sunblocker all day..

:) but anyway good work here ..

Doesn't look like a very friendly fella so you better make him a Dark-Elf. :p

nothing to crit other then what has already been said, ok, the back of the ear is too straight.

Nice modelling and texturing so far, gonna keep my eye on this one.
