HEY GUYS! Tell me please, how can i attain this render view. Mr. Professionals i'll be very pleased for your help!

Software: 3DS Max
Render: VRay

HELP ME PLEASE, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME!

This is AO pass (ambient occlusion)

Use a skylight and give Occlusion override in to rendering options (explained in the tutorial).....skylight gives the best results and that is technically correct method...

I am sorry but I am in to mental ray...i've not used v-ray before...But I am very much sure that the same feature is available in V-ray......I was in a Vray seminar few days back and I saw there is Ambient Occlusion Override option on the render settings menu somewhere....I am not sure just check on google or on vray help.....
