Can anybody recommend a simple (and preferably free!) app for quick texturing?

Basically I'm designing a forearm half sleeve tattoo for a client and it would be awesome if I could apply my rough sketches to a 3D human model.

It would be great to then unwrap parts of that model to create accurate templates to draw from.

I'm not looking for photorealistic rendering, just enough to give a good visual to the client.

This one is good, 3D-Coat. It may not be free but it's cheap and can do alot of stuff.

If you don't wanna spend a dime then try Blender, it's a good free alternative. :)
