You will probably be better off modeling the inside of the headlights rather than trying to fake it with a texture.
keep it up!

has anyone a tips for the texture ?
The texture you seen is done with brazil and HDRI map...
I want to do a texture like this one

with the same "grain" in it...
Excuse again for my english

Well, if you are going to model the inside of headlights, just put clear glassy material for the cover (what you have now, but get rid of that odd bump map!) and put very reflective grey metallic material for the inside reflector. You would have to play around with the amount of reflection before it looks right.
For the blinker part of the headlight, just change the colour of the cover to orange and increase its opacity value.
Good luck! ;)

I wouldn't put any grain in the image, that destroys CG work IMO, unless it's to composit a model to an old photograph.

Not bad. I'm starting to model my first car myself and it's challenging. Keep up the good work.
