I'm putting together a concept around a robot's leg i'm designing for a mascot.

My basic concern so far is thinking about how one would rig / emulate hydrolics? in that as the Robot's knee Bends, the front foot part pivots forward (3 tier rotation system). This means that the actual support joint ontop of the foot would compress forward (Hydrolics).

Thoughts?
