Wierd! Cool, I just think the rest of the modeling is good but the main attraction of the pic could be modled better. How about some 'stalk' bits near the actual eyeball, and I think they should be more glossy, like they're freshly wet from just being pulled out the socKets.
Are those stalks supposed to be going into his hands?
(by the way, help a guy out and reply to my thread character: Grimpth, its had a lot of views but no replies, its my first thread to Im anxious to hear what people think)

hmmm I would say that the eyes would need some specularity and maybe some bumb mapping to make it look more gorey, like I would guess eyes does when their not in the head :surprised

Did you know that the eyeball is actually attached to the skull?
Therefore, you could actually need to cut the optic nerve and surrounding flesh to fre the eye from its socket. Good work, but there needs to be more blood :p
