"Born of the Titans lies the legend, he who would one day rule over Atlantis and fight the war of the outlands to the Realms of Exsilium. Silver blood runs through his mortal veins, he will protect the great realm of Earth into the dark and unknown future."

bryce? (pretty sure it)

hi i dont really like your piece, although it has good potential.

i see what ur aiming for but the textures and bumpmapping seem like they are presets and therefor dont have much thought in them.

although the light chards coming from the sky are quit good.

wow, thats cool someone replied to your work and said they just flat out didnt like it. come on "digital shaman" have some empathy glasco. really rude.

i like your pic, just i would add more shaders to things, the child is grey, maybe you wanted it like that im not sure? but just that strikes me as odd.

Levitateme, do you actually know what these forums are for? (Critiques)

i gave my honest opinion, and would expect the same for me.

I'm not going to say i like something if i dont, and i gave positive crit aswell as negative.

Actually I very much appriciate both of your comments. I usually have trouble getting comments here, but I like to see that my work is getting views. Thanks very much! Texturing is a weak point of mine right now and I'm working hard to get stronger in it.

looks like bryce to me..
dude.. don't waste your time in Bryce...
I learned it for like 3 years... I hate it now since it's not flexible.

mmm... i think that modeling could be more accurate. the stone is too sharp and you can see the edges, maybe u can solve it with a smooth or more polys. lamps are 2 minutes done... you can spend more time on design, c'mon!!! texturing is bad and i'll explain what i mean. the grass on the stone is block-made if u take a reference photo u will see how many details and color variations you could see.
assume pictures as frames. is quite impossible that grass on stone won't affect at all marble and water won't affect closer surfaces... i don't see a drop all around.
maybe u did it with bryce, ok... but i bet you can squeeze out more than this!

Everything there was modelled in Wings3D.

U should work on your lighting! I think bryce (if that is what u are using) has a slow and badass render. If u wanne get some nice renders maybe try out lightwave or 3dsmax, maybe they cost to much but they are 100x better then bryce.
