Hey dudes & dudettes

I'm working on this shot to keep myself from getting rusty while trying to find work. I need some fresh eyes to help me out with this... I don't feel like it's working anymore.

I've just started inbetweening and tweaking, so it's still in a rather infantile state. Any comments/critiques - on anything - would be appreciated.

I am not in to character animation mainly so count my opinion as a general viewer...

The cloth seems very stiff....and movements of both the characters are very mechanical....add lil more exaggeration to both the characters....

I haven't touched the cape yet, and the big dude's poses aren't even inbetweened so, agreed, it is pretty mechanical. I was more curious about poses, timing and general feel of the shot, if it's "working" or not.:shrug:
