Hi!
Sorry for my bad english.
I would like some comments, please :blush:

Here there my last work.
I made this based on the character Gally from Yukito Kishiro, and every kind of manga that I see too... then, the style has big eyes, mouth and nose small... well, see you :)

I like it very much. You have some weirdness going on where the arm connects to her pectoral muscle. It seems to just terminate without continuing into the muscle. Overall the it's very appealing, nice pose too.

I see you used Maya, could you describe a bit how you created the shader for the outfit? Love the highlights and and backlighting on it. It seems like you achieved the highlights with a procedural shader, not a texture map?

I'm also in the process of creating shaders for a girl model(in maya) but my attempts to create an outfit shader pale in comparison to your picture.

Yes, I saw the muscle problem now... It's a skinning problem that I will solve.

About the shader, it's the Ramp Shader that was introduced in maya in the version 4.5 and 5..., which is your version? I find the Ramp Shader great, because you can set every the shader features with more precision and options, without to use many nodes, as sampler info.. I not used any node for this shader, is the ramp shader only... Ups.. I used a cloud as bump for distorce a bit the shines... only..

ow.. other thing that help the highlight is the area light... I used one Are light as main, and others 25 spots as dome light. And have a bit of glow too... but very bit.
