sorry for my ignorance,
but what is the purpose of the bounding box in the get>primitives ?.
and has that got anything to do with the 'bounding volumes' found in the constrains?
sorry for not going thru the manuals first cos im only using xsi in my college.
any hints?

Sorry for the stupid question but exactly do you find the bounding box thing?

Cheers

sorry atyss. ur not stupid. i am.
it's a mistake. there's no bounding box in the primitives. (what was i doing?)
btw. what's the use of the bounding volume and bounding plane constrain?.

with bounding volume constrains you use implicit objects

The bounding volume constraint makes sure that the constrained object remains in, out or on the boundaries of the constraining object.
