Hey everyone,

Have a bug with Mudbox 2009 service park 2 Trial x64.
When I try to texture paint a mesh with multiple uv tiles, the warning dialog comes up and says
".....hold the cursor over the tile and press '□'."

In the help it says to press the CTRL + Up or Down key if you want to show or hide the tiles.
But it seems in SP2 that this feature has gone kaput and Mudbox 2009 can't work out the key so its been replaced with a mystery key. It worked the other day with SP1...so this is a new one. I tried it with the default head model from Mudbox and moved some uv's over to another tile, re-exported and brought back into paint a texture map. And it still wigged out, so its not my mesh.

I looked in the hotkey editor too and it isn't a editable hotkey, so its coded into Mudbox.

Does anyone know of any solutions or is this only in the Trial/x64 version?
Cheers

The hotkey is under 'Toggle Texture Tile', you can then modify it to whatever you want to.
Hope that helps.

We got the latest version, and it worked for a bit, till a few moments ago. But it turned out to be a buggy prefs. Which would explain why a fresh install worked.
Just deleted my prefs and it recreated clean ones.
Just like maya. must be an autodesk thing.
