I think her "skin" is a little too shiny, unless that's how you want it to look. Also, her chest looks odd... I'm not sure why.

I like the face, but her eyes may be too big

I was going for a plasticy skin. The image I posted isn't very good. I couldn't get an image greater then 20k to post... :( the high rez image looks a little better.

looks like you need to up the tesselation a bit to get rid of the jaged edges. that should smooth out the areas like her ears (as well as the rest).
