Dang ... very surreal ... I like it. The color is a bit too pale IMO, but great nonetheless.
When I saw the title, I thought it's gonna be one of those pics about Disney next movie, Spirit (about horses and stuff)

Yowza! Crazy. Very cool. Like the design and feel.
The paleness is fine, and I dig the spotty bits on the top of the head, and other touches..only thing is there seems to be no specular or bump maps on the skin? i.e. to make the blood shiny, cuts deep, etc. I like the painterly look also, but maybe if you're gonna go for that, you should make the metals more stylized to match..they're seeming 'realer' than the skin. So, either way.
That's all I can think of to crit..diggin' it. Post some more!

yeah... maybe take the spotty texture off the top of the head and apply it to other parts of the body... chest area shoulders etc.... nice model. Bump Bump Bumpmaps.

p.s. specular is your friend.

I like the design a lot (hehe, those piercings are cool).
I also love the coloring.
But the shape of the mouth seems to be a bit weird...
I also get the impression of the body, chest and upper legs being a bit too massive compared to the filigrane structures on the head and her thinner arms etc...
I would have imagined her body to be much thinner.
Otherwise, carry on the great work!

freaky, disguisting...LOVE it!! Very nice job on the modelling!! Now, i'd agree with the rest, and say that perhaps she should be "taller" on the waist area, and all in all thinner (give a more feminine and attractive feel to her, it would make it even more beautiful).
Plus, add some expression to her face, she looks like a doll at the moment.

Great model but not good at texture!
Hope the update!
