Thanks for the post - the goal of him is to be used in the demo reel for a "10 second" <--- audio animation. I wanted to keep him somewhat cool, but simple. Thinking of just tossing a jet pack or something in the background as he is "going through the motions" Thanks again

Cool beans.

The only thing I don't like about him is I don't see how his jaw works. It seems like his jaw wouldn't come up far enough to work... Maybe some topology changes to accentuate a jawbone a bit more or pull the sides of the mouth in a little bit to give it a more plausable look.

Cheers,

This will pretty much be the scene that he will be animated in. I through in a 'Jet pack" hah for kicks, eventually maybe he will wear it. hhmm not sure yet.

He will be writing on the chalk board for sure, but for now I just put up my web address. ;) shamless self promotion. More to follow - he is rigged up, envelopes need adjusting, but time to hit the sack.http://www.wesburke.com/artwork/longface/03.jpg

rokin - thanks. Yah that is on the "to do list" :( Hah - I was looking for a good poly teeth tutorial, I know I had one in my favorites that was really innovative, but lost it. I am hittin the bike trails, and when I get back I should model some morph targets, etc for the face. Hah and possibly some textures. ;)

thanks again..

Here is another update: mainly I just added some morph targets and did a different pose. I hopefully will be off to textrues and work on his lips! hah I just noticed that they are definitely not formed right.
