View Full Version : Call MEL scripts through maya API

I wanting to know if it would be possible to load and execute MEL scripts through the Maya api? I would think there would be a way to do it but I have not found anything on this yet.

you have to look for the class MGlobal and the function executeCommand

MGlobal::executeCommand() or MDgModifier::commandToExecute() if you want to be able to undo it (or are calling the script from an MPxCommand)
