have a demo reel about 8 minutes , i want to put it on the you tube or my web site
let every seee from the internet . which amination file format shoud i use
i want every could see them and need not wait too much time but sitll keep general good
quality and which composition tools could dot it thank you very much

Import your video in to flash and export .flv format file....It will maintain quality and size will be very low ..you can customize your file in flash according to web streaming parameters.....
