but some of those companies might ship internationally if you really need it, it'd cost you though

I just got mine and installed it, didn't work, called support
they told me it was a bad card. I asked them to return it and they said no problem but now they want to charge me $71 for a restocking fee on a broken card.

They said they will replace it but I do not want to deal with them after this and just want a refund. So now they will refund my money minus the $71.
