Please, can anyone help me?

I see it, but i cant remember the exact name and site...

I know its a free plug-in for lightwave and you can import
and export a lot of other formats...

I know it has some letters like:

Dow, FXob...

AAAAArrrrrrgggggggg

i cant remember.

can anyone help me?
