UI : the environment window disappears...

Can you be a bit more vague? Hehe, no really, you need to tell us more than that.

Can you open the enviromental dialog from a toolbar or menu?

Did you hit the X in the pane?

Did you move it off screen?

Did you scale it down and then move it, then hit the x?

Did you try restarting max?

i can't to open the environmen dialog.

i scale it down and then the environmen dialog disappear (maybe i move it too.....but i not sure...).

and yes i try to restart max and the computer....

Set your GUI to the default.

I know what might have confused you, it's actually called "revert to the startup UI" in the help files...
