Waht is the difference between this two shading nodes. When should I use shading map, or what is the use to surface shader. They seamto be similar in my mind :rolleyes:

The Shading Map surface material represents a color map that will be applied to surfaces it is assigned to after they are rendered.
The Shading Map surface material is useful for creating non-photorealistic effects (for example, cartoon shading) or for highlighting threshold values in the rendered image.
