Your reel definitely demonstrates a high degree of technical skill.

I would work more on the aesthetics of your rigs, use nice looking models and spend a good time skinning them, honing your blendshapes.

Also put in side notes to explain what you're doing. I had to pause it here and there to try and figure out what was going on. Your Jonny 5 model made me laugh, loved that robot as a kid.

Your Gui looks crazy complex, show it off. Some parts felt really rushed. Reminded me when you go to a kids room and the kid runs off to get a toy, then before you even have time to look at it they are handing you another one. Slow it down on parts and explain what is happening.

And I agree d-brooks up there, though your rigs and use looked great, even though you may have not done the models, they still are evaluated when people look at them. The last thing you want is someone to not like your reel for something that doesn't even have anything to do with you.

thanks guys , i relly expected to hear wat u said the issue that i was in rush and i realy dont have any skills in video editing that the idea!
yet another thing : i did all the models , sorry i was always in rush to go thru rigging that was the truth, i will try to redit them by the help of one of my friends , thank you again!
