not bad! Though i have a few nitpicks ;)
Some of it looks kind of painted/cartoonish and yet some of it clearly looks CG. also i don't like that water at all. And the rocks near the building don't look very good, it looks like you've reused a few of them a bit too much.

but other then that, i like it. improve it some more if you like, and if you do, i want a nice BIG render for my desktop. :D
