Wel hopefully you improve in speed and realism after you have made a bunch more characters..
The proportions are realistic but the musculature int he legs is probably the weakest. The eyes are two far apart, the ears look low and malformed. The beard has to much of a continious pattern.

So you have been working on the textures for three months??! Aaargghh, you do need to work on your speed a whole lot! :) I think you need to do a lot more work on this guy before he is finished though... However I am guessing that you are bored of working on him after 3 months, and are keen to move to something new.
Practice, practice and more practice! And don't forget what I said in the Focused Crits forum ;)
Also, I hate to sound like a nagging mod, but please, next time, rather stick to just the Focused Crits forum OR this one - I'll leave this one here this time though, since you seem to be wanting to get as many crits as possible on this.

Hi gmask Thanks For the crits but I dint make this model I just made the textures for him. I downloaded the model off 3dcafe.com. About the beard what would you do to it.
Also what do you think of his eyebrows.

You should clarify that the next time you post. I guess the eyebrows are the best part the skin is not very relaisitic at all and neither is the red bikini..
What software are you working in?

And What would you add to the skin.
