Hello, just felt like making a sketchbook thread because I feel like my work could use some improvement.

For anatomy studies, I doodled the muscles and bones I had to memorize in Anatomy and Physiology class. I wish I could have had more time to draw the skulls and skeleton in different angles though.

I think that drawing in anime style and copying Japanese rock band photos in the past has greatly influenced my work. Any realistic guy I try to draw seems to look like he has some form of lipstick because I'm not used to shading natural-colored man lips.

So yeah, not sure what else to say. I'm looking forward to doing some master copies when I'm not studying. I'm glad that there are so many nice resources and sources of inspiration available here.

Hey there, welcome. :) Some good stuff here, I think you might really benefit from looking at the work of Anthony Ryder:

Check out his drawings and his fantastic book, which I recommend to everyone. He really helps develop your eye and has an excellent, easily understandable method which makes your drawings more accurate.

Looking forward to more. :)
