Btw, Whedon said that the DVD set of Firefly will be released in the fall including all Season 1 episodes (the only season produced) along with the last 4 episodes that never aired prior to cancellation.

Firefly was arguably the best sci-fi series on television last year, imho.

The heck with Firefly, bring back Buffy. But it looks like Spike, Harmony, and possibly someone else (Anya maybe) will be on Angel not that I have watched it but now I will just to see how they bring Spike back from ashes. It sounds like he might be coming back without a soul or maybe its juct the old Angel-vs-Spike for Buffy's heart thing again. Either way Spike doesnot play nicely with the other kids on the block.
There is rumor (I'm saying that because I have not seen a real note on it) a new series based on Willow coming soon as well. Hopefully Buffy's great VFX will carry over to Willow. Can't say anything about Angel, like I said never watched it.
Anyways I'm assuming Angel using LW for its VFX as well is that true?

Hey Proton, I'm sure you're working on a similar idea...but I'll write it down just in case ;)

You should interview those guys on video, why they use Lightwave etc.etc.
Include footage of them working with Lightwave, from the modelling process to the animation and finally to how it ends up. Do the same with game companies, even showcase people's work (stills & animation).

Produce a cool dvd, include it with the Lightwave 8 demo cd...send it out to all the animation studios etc.etc.

Just an idea;)
