I am considering to purchase the ZBrush Foundation online training from Escape Studios but before I do I would like to get some feedback from you guys.
Anyone familiar with their Zbrush Foundation training, Is it worth it?
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I've never seen any of those videos but before you spend too much money check out the free video tutorials by Jason Welsh aka Cannedmushrooms

http://www.3dtotal.com/tutorials/zbrush_training_lesson1/

He has put out a ton of free Zbrush tutorials in a number of different areas and they have been all I've needed for ZbrushinG... so check the link or just google him...besT.

i think it's worth it.

what helped me learn it, or at least stop banging my head against it, was the Eric Keller video tutorials at Lynda.com. that might be more like 5 or 6 hours, so not as complete as the Escape tutorial. that one's $25.

it took me a while to realize that once i exit edit mode and drop the 3d part to canvas - that's it. if i want it back i have to drag a new tool. i kept beating my head against that, can you imagine un-selecting a part in Max or Maya and having it then become part of the background image ?

it (ZBrush) is ingenious ... just took me a while !

there's an intermediate-advanced tutorial at 3D Buzz where Zak takes a coarse mesh from Maya into ZBrush as his workflow, and then does a huge amount of work in Photoshop to show how to get ZBrush generated maps back into Maya. that one's $35 a month.
