Ihave this problem if i try to open render globals nothing open (2days ago it workss fine, but now it dont work). I try to reinstal MaYA but nothing change.

What can i do?

Trying deleting your Maya preference files. They are usually located somewhere different than your main Maya app, and ofcourse depends on what operating system you are using. Just reinstalling doesn't over ride the previous preferences.
