Hi,

I’ve got this problem with an Occlusion render in Maya 2009 and I can use some help.

I’ve got three objects in the scene, a tree, the floor and a little girl. In the animation the girl is climbing on the tree and I want an Occlusion render. So I’ve made a render layer and placed a surface shader on the objects with an mib_fast_occlusion node in the Out Color of the surface shader. But, because of the compositing, I only want an Occ from the girl on the other objects and on herself, but I don’t want the tree and the ground to receive and send an Occ from and to each other.

Does someone know how to help me?

Thanks very much,

Jeroen
