CGTalk - newbies orc wip

i satrted it out with a sphere wich i think i shouldnt have done. im not goin off any refrence or tutorials at the moment so its all just in my mind. wich is screwed up!:) so please comment on it and critsize it, but i probbally am gonna ditch this cuase its giving me a nervous breakdown. so.............heres the first image (http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-7/284433/myorc!copy.jpg)

i think if u tell us what u r trying to accomplish thru this excercise then i think all of us will b in a position to help you. other wise u r just practising the tools. tell me what u r trying to make here
