Hi

You've got a bright moon as your light source, but in the forground you have a bright cloud that shouldn't be there - it's in the shadow of the bigger, duller cloud. The bigger foreground cloud and the buildings need highlights where the moonlight hits them - it doesn't make visual sence otherwise. The zeppelin needs to be as dark as the buildings. I actually thought you'd put it in there by mistake...

Finally, there is nothing there that indicates it is a fairy town besides your text - you need something to make it obvious that it is not just a "town", or not just "a town that has a few fairies in it", but "a town of fairies"

I agree with DArcy1. The elements don't seem to mesh well with each other. Everything looks thrown together. I assume the city is supposed to be floating on the clouds but its difficult to tell. The Zepplin and moon don't fit with the rest of the image. On a positive note the fairies themselves look decent but nothing else is working for me.
