Nice Environment/Background image.

The style makes me think that a Warner Brothers cartoon character could be walking around the corner any minute.

The lighting looks a little threatening and ominus, like a Tim Burton charater could be walking around the corner any minute.

I like the atmosphere, the colors work very well.

It looks very small though, there's really nothing in the scene to give a sense of scale. Add to that a cartoony style, this place looks like a toy city.

Beautyful !!

Love the cartoonish look and specially the lighting...real good rendering...but...thougt the buildings was somehow not that good "skewed"...a little to much in some areas.

The image was done in LW 7.5. Was done for background for animation, so that's you have no chance see a characters or even other props. But becouse of your positives replies I have to make final one with character and props still image.

thanks for take a time look at it and replies.
