CGTalk - still: Regeneration

I'm a newbie to this forum.and it's the 1st time i post stuff here.
i call it regeneration,for i wanna create a scene feeling like somewhere after rain,any advices and critiques are welcomed.
modeled and rendered in 3dsmax4,texture and postwork in ps. thanks viewing.
