This isn't my rig, but I've been asked to fix the global scaling problem and I'm stumped. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the IKs.

If you find out what's wrong, please detail a fix here, and a monument of respect well be held for you within the halls of my innermost being.

I dont have time right now, but had a quick look.
If you scale MILO_RIG_MASTER things almost work.
You need to figure out where the double transforms are and fix them.
eg. I turned of "inherits transform" on Milo_BodyMesh_0

There was still a problem with the inner mouth and base of the antenae but mabe you can track that down.
(If I have more time I'll look some more)

Did you have to post this twice? You received a helpful answer in your last thread as well. Looks like someone doesn't want to try and fix the problem themselves...

David, many thanks buddy. The more help the better.

You caught me, Roy. ;] I did post twice, but not because I didn't want to fix the rig myself... There are two sections for rigging and I thought I could get more answers if I hit up both sections. That's all really.

This is plenty a good start. If I find a fix, I'll make note of it here for anyone else who runs into a similar problem.

My only problem now is that the elbows, knees, and the spine, are all scaling irregularly. If I scale up, the knees and elbows bend from stretching too far and the spine grows outside of the character.

If I scale down, the arms and legs are fine, but the spine pushes forward...

I really think it's the IKs. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I opened an old rig I did some time back that had stretch IK and scaled fine. The distance locators and IKs were in their own group and not under the global control. There was also some ridiculous connection on the spine joints Scale X or something... -_-
Breaking it fixed the problem. Good grief.

Hey! Shout-out to the artists who helped me! Ilmostrog, Porosky and djx! Thanks gents.
