i am familar with mel now,but i want leaning more programes knowage,i want to know whether i begin learing c++ or python,and my job is also involve in VR industry.i am working on quest3d.

Hi,
It all depends on what you need. If you need to create custom nodes then yeah you would need to learn C++ or Python. For the most part, C++ should be used when execution speed is critical. Otherwise Mel or Python seems to be the best option.
