Hi guys, having a little bit of fun with linux and maya(or a headache ?), its just a little bug with image planes, running in my old tnt2 videocard.
its starts fast, and when i switch the planes i get a slowdown(zoom, move in 3d space)

anyone knows how to fix this? (if there is a fix)

it's a video card performance problem.

you could try:

-assigning the images to polygon planes

-make the images smaller or lower res

-look into getting a new video card with lots of RAM

-also, don't mess with the Color Gain, it slows things down a lot
