Been trying to add the HI Solver to the leg of the following picture

Can't seem to find a good place to set the walking function to work properly with those types of legs.

can't seem to get it rigged correctly to walk because the leg will not bend properly

Maybe try "quadruped" (correct spelling) and "quadraped" (another misspelling I've seen used...) too. They may or may not give you much more luck... I'm not sure. It's kind of annoying when links no longer exist, heh.

Sorry man... I wasn't trying to make a snide comment about your spelling... it was more a commentary on a lot of tutorials people have put up on the internet with things misspelled making it more difficult to find that particular tutorial... For that matter, it's not just tutorials but all kinds of things. The degradation of basic grammar skills in the US makes me sad...

Also, I can only assume you put unicron in quotations because you were making a jab at me. Perhaps you were thinking "unicron" was a misspelling of "unicorn?" Unicron is actually the name of a transformers character, so it's not misspelled... If that was not the case, I appologize.

Minnerva - I remember reading somewhere (most likely on this forum) that people were advising against using Biped for this type of leg setup.... but unfortunately, I don't remember the solution that was reached.
