I'm not sure how good this is... or even if it fits here.... but i'm working on a new character/ short animation revolving around this penguin i've named Ruffles... basic problems so far are trying to come up with a good way to skin the character's flippers so that they move in a nice curve rather then crumpling... any idea would be helpful...

here's some screen shots so far... tell me what you think.

Pretty cool, but looks just like the penguin from the walace and gromet short. Maybe change the design a bit?

nice design. but you have to make it more detail...

If you add more lines to the wings, they'll bend smoother

looks cool... but his feet have some deep groves or holes on the tops. try to smooth that out a little, and his feet will look a lot better :D !
