Very well! I like the sword most.. great detail work on it. Critique: I don't really like the scene itself, the sword positioned on those jars (?). Also, there's not much sense in the lightning. So position your sword in another background, or someone's hand :) heh and it will be much better.
The sword is very well done. The model is nice and the texture is great, but the black part of the handle looks a little too clean and new when compared to the rest of the sword.
The scene itself just isn't working. The jars look to be floating because of the lighting, and elvish? letters also appear to be floating off of the stone. Once you rework some of the problems, this could be very good, but I do think the sword is nearly perfect.
Good job

Hey Tug, good to see you here!
Gotta agree with the floating bit on this one, and the jars dont make sense with a sword & an elvish tablet to me.
You did a remarkable job with the sword though, just rough up that black handle a bit & make it a bit more dirty :)
Peace!

I really like the sword, but, as others have pointed out, those jars seem to be floating. Also, what is the jar furthest to the left resting against?

Thanks guys! I see what you mean about the jars. It's supposed to be an elven tomb and the jars are more like fill for the scene as I thought just the sword laying on the tablet looked a bit boring but I guess in this case less might be better. Hey synergy, good to see ya! Thanks again for the help!

yes...the handle is surprisingly clean compared to the rest of the sword.
