Could you explain a little more detailed? Sounds like you just want to select all your controls, copy the keys in the time slider and paste after, but maybe you want the walk to continue? I'm not 100% sure what you're asking for so a better description would be nice. :)

okay i have a 2 step stationary walk for a cycle and i want to duplicate the frames i have and attach them to the end of the walk and just repeat the steps i have. i tried copying and pasting the curves in the graph editor but that screwed up a lot of the values and didn't seem to link up very well.

Well you as long as your 2 steps are looping you could go into the curver editor & select the joints or whatever then go to Curves>Pre Infitinty>Loop. Do the same for post infinity and that'll loop endlessly either way.
Another way is to make a 'clip' out of that 2 step animation and past it easily using the Trax editor, Im fairly new to that myself but I found a decent tutorial on how to use it:

thanks i think that's what i needed, also thanks for the trax editor tut i'm gonna be using that heavily for the project i'm working on.
